1. Agreement
By using this site you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you are using the site for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. Paid managed-services work is governed by a separate agreement on futuretranz.com, not by this page.
2. The service
futuretranz.ai is a public catalog of FutureTranz AI work, company information, legal documents, and a sign-in that will unlock a client portal. Product cards use GitHub repository descriptions. Empty descriptions stay empty. A card is not a commitment to deliver that repository as a product.
3. Accounts
- Sign-in is email magic link or one-time code, and Google if that provider is enabled.
- You must control the email you use. Do not share one-time links.
- First successful sign-in from an unknown email creates a client account. Staff accounts are invite-only.
- We may suspend an account that abuses the service, probes other tenants, or tries to escalate roles.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, scrape in a way that degrades it, submit malware, impersonate FutureTranz, or use the service for unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
FutureTranz names, logos, and site copy are ours or our licensors’. GitHub repository names remain attributed to FutureTranz-Inc. You may not copy the site as your own product page.
6. No professional advice
Content here is information about our company and software, not legal, medical, investment, or tax advice.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that GitHub descriptions stay current. Booking a call does not create a paid engagement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent Texas law allows, FutureTranz, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this public site. For paid work, the signed contract controls.
9. Governing law
Texas law, without conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, unless a written contract says otherwise.
